ISBT, Sector-17ISBT, Sector-17 is set up in an area 15.26 Acres. The cleanliness of the bus stand is given on contract and for proper cleaning. Two underground scooter, motor cycle and cycle parkings having covered area of 2.05 Acre. have provided for convenience of the public.
Sufficient number of shops selling different commodities and a restaurant run by CITCO provide quality food at reasonable rates for passengers. A waiting room with the seating capacity of 20 persons for public convenience has been provided. The Bus Stand also has a railway reservation counter and a tourist restaurant at economic rates.
The Station Supervisor CTU is Incharge of ISBT, Sec-17. He is available from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
ISBT, Sector-43In order to de-congest traffic at ISBT, Sector-17 a new ISBT is being constructed in Sector-43. A restaurant has provided at ISBT-43 to provide quality food at reasonable rates. The first phase of the new bus stand has been completed and following routes have been shifted to the new bus stand :-
- Chandigarh to Kulu Mandi Manali.
- Chandigarh to Ropar, Nangal Una Jawalaji, Baj Nath, Dharamshala, Talwara side
- Chandigarh to Hoshiarpur, Panthankot, Jammu, Katra, Dinna Nagar side.
- Chandigarh to Landran, Chuni, Sirhind.
- Chandigarh to Nawa Shahar, Jullunder, Amritsar, Shahkot side.

Inquiry Counters/Cloak roomTelephone facilities have been provided at ISBT, Sector-17, Chandigarh, Ph. No. 0172-2704005 and ISBT, Sector-43, Ph. No. 0172-2611571 for inquiry purposes to the general public from 5.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m. Cloak Room facility is provided at ISBT, Sector-17 for 24 hours.
Buses on ContractBuses are being provided for purpose of tours, marriage parties, LTC etc on contract basis. The General Manager/Accounts Officer/Accountant of depot concerned can be contacted for taking buses on contract and for rates and terms of contract. The buses are also provided for school/college students for educational tours.
Office hours of Divisional Office/General Manager CTUThe office hours of the offices of the Divisional Manager CTU and General Managers of CTU depot-I,II & III is from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. with lunch break from 1.00 p.m. to 1.30 p.m.
