CTU welcomes and endeavors to attend promptly to all complaints received from its clients Complaint/suggestions boxes have been installed at ISBT, Sector-17, Chandigarh. Complaint book is provided in each bus where passengers can record their complaint. Notice has also been put up at ISBT, Sector-17 informing the public to contact Station Supervisor who is present at the Bus Stand in case of any complaint.

The Undertaking has taken various measures to provide comfortable journey and reduce accidents. The incidence of accidents has come down considerably. Efforts are afoot to further bring down the rate of accidents.
